𝑸𝑼𝑨𝑳𝑰𝑭𝑰𝑪𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵(𝑺):
⦿ MBA / Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), majoring in Marketing is preferred.
⦿ Minimum CGPA: 3.00 out 4.00 in Graduation and GPA: 4.00 in H.S.C & S.S.C
⦿ All public University & top-rated private university graduates are encouraged to apply
⦿ Experience: Executive: 0-1year, Senior Executive: 2-4years in any reputed Airlines/Travel Agencies
𝑱𝑶𝑩 𝑫𝑬𝑺𝑪𝑹𝑰𝑷𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵:
⦿ Visit travel agencies, corporates & maintain relationship within assigned zone
⦿ Manage relationships with travel agencies, associates & corporates
⦿ Create, Meet & Negotiate offers or requirements with travel service providers & corporates
⦿ Process market reports, analyze and handle reimbursements
⦿ Assure strategic policies to develop market and clutch the market share according to the company's needs.
⦿ Find out competitors’ activities and analysis with data
⦿ Ensure highest standard of services.
⦿ Meet the sales target of the company.
⦿ Prepare periodical reports on marketing and sales activities.
⦿ Explore new prospective customers and cultivate existing customers as well.
⦿ Identify key decisions makers of the trade partners those who have buying influence.
⦿ Meet customers queries with accurate product information.
⦿ Ensure follow up call to get customers feedback to make them repeated clientele.
⦿ Prepare suggestion for improvement of better customer experience to create loyal customer.
⦿ Develop and execute Sales and Marketing plans for assigned region.
⦿ Report to line manager with required data and details
⦿ Inspire team to be goal oriented for fulfillment of organizations objectives.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
⦿ Age 22 to 35 years (flexible for well-experienced candidates)
⦿ MUST have good command over advanced MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
⦿ Honest, ethical, dependable & Positive go-getter attitude
⦿ Should be able to Work in a Team & Empathetic skills
⦿ Proactive & able to work under pressure
⦿ Communication and Strong interpersonal skills
