LinkedIn এ আমি এই ছবিটা দেখেছিলাম যেখানে দেখা যাচ্ছে যে টেনিস বল অর্ধেক কাটা হলে ২ টি অতিরিক্ত টেনিস বল একই জায়গায় ফিট করে।
কর্পোরেট জগতে এটা একটা কমন দৃশ্য। একই বেতনে কোম্পানি দুজন লোক নিয়োগ করতে পারে এমন ধারণার ভিত্তিতে বেশি বেতনের দাবির কারণে কোম্পানিগুলি একজন experienced, highly productive কর্মচারীকে ছেড়ে দেয়।
অনেকে এই বেপার টা বুঝতে পারে না যে এই সিদ্ধান্ত দিনশেষে as a whole কোম্পানির জন্য ভালো না। কারণ দিনশেষে quality surpasses quantity, আবার খুব জুনিয়র পোস্টে vice versa হতেই পারে।
তাই, ৫ টা হাফ-কাট টেনিস বলের চেয়ে ৩ টা সম্পূর্ণ টেনিস বল ভালো অধিকাংশ ক্ষেত্রেই।
