Besides journalism, Md. Hashem Reza is an well-known Bangladeshi businessman and politician. He is the Chairman of H.R group. Md. Hashem Reza was born in june 11, 1978 at Damurhuda upozila under the district of Chuadanga. He spent his childhood in his locality and studied in local educational institutions, who turned his passion of journalism into profession. Hashem Reza founded ‘Hashem Reza welfare organization’ with a view to building an enlightened society through spanning education opportunity among different classes of people. The welfare organization is currently providing scholarship for deprived & meritorious students, donation to educational institutions etc. Hashem Reza is highly dedicated to welfare of freedom fighters. To help them, he built a 'freedom fighters complex' in Kur-Lagachi union under Damurhuda upozila. Besides, Md. Hashem Reza is working to ensure health and civic rights for grassroot people. He regularly provides donation for local Masque, Madrasa & other religious institutions.
