পিন্টারেস্ট আমার খুব পছন্দের একটা অ্যাপ। আজ পিন্টারেস্ট নিয়ে কিছু তথ্য শেয়ার করবো।

বর্তমান বিশ্বে অনেক ধরনের সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া রয়েছে যেমন, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin ইত্যাদি৷ এগুলোকে এমনিতে আমরা সামাজিক যোগাযোগ এর মাধ্যম বলে থাকি৷ ঠিক তেমনি পিন্টারেস্ট হলো এক ধরনের সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম৷ এই সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্লাটফর্মে বেশিরভাগ সময় ফটো আপলোড করার জন্য Pinterest কে এক কথায় ফটো শেয়ারিং মিডিয়া ও বলা হয়ে থাকে৷ তবে এই সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্লাটফর্মে শুধুমাএ ফটো শেয়ারিং নয় বরং আপনি আরও অনেক কিছু আপলোড করতে পারবেন।যেমন, Video, Gif, images সহ অনেক কিছু৷ তবে এক কথায় বললে, Pinterest হলো একটি image sharing এবং media service platform যেখানে image এর মাধ্যমে ইন্টারনেটে বিভিন্ন তথ্য গুলোকে save, share এবং search করা হয়।তবে বেশিরভাগ মানুষ এখানে ইমেজ আপলোড করতে পছন্দ করে।

পিন্টারেস্ট এর ইতিহাস (History of Pinterest)

পিন্টারেস্ট এর ইতিহাস ঘাটলে আপনি দেখতে পারবেন যে ২০১০ সালের মার্চ মাসে এর যাত্রা শুরু হয়৷এই শুভ যাত্রার পেছনে পল শিয়ারা, ইভান শার্প, বেন সিলভারমান এর যথেষ্ট ভূমিকা রয়েছে। কারন তাদের হাত ধরেই এই সোশ্যাল প্লাটফর্ম এর সূচনা হয়েছিলো।

এরপর ধীরে ধীরে আমাদের মতো সাধারন আমজনতা জানতে পারে যে Pinterest নামেও কোনো একটি সোশ্যাল সাইট রয়েছে। এবং এরপর একপর্যায়ে এই সাইটের ব্যবহারকারীর সংখ্যা ক্রমেই বেড়ে যেতে থাকে৷ সবচেয়ে অবাক করার মতো বিষয় হলো, এই প্লাটফর্মটি ২০১০ সালের মার্চ মাসে তৈরি করার হলেও, ২০১১ সালের ডিসেম্বর মাসের মধ্যে Social media website এর টপ লিষ্টের মধ্যে জায়গা করে নিয়েছিলো। কারণ প্রায় এক বছর সময়ের মধ্যেই এই প্লাটফর্ম এর ইউজারের সংখ্যা ছিলো প্রায় ১১ মিলিয়ন, যা উক্ত সময়ে সত্যিই অবিশ্বাস্য একটি বিষয় ছিলো। আর সেই ধারাবাহিকতায় ২০১৫ সালের এপ্রিল মাসে পিন্টারেস্ট এর Alexa Ranking ৩৭ এ পৌঁছে যায়৷

চলুন এবার আমরা অন্য কোনো টপিক নিয়ে আলোচনা করি৷

কেন পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করবেন?

তো এতোক্ষণ ধরে আমরা জানলাম যে, পিন্টারেস্ট আসলে কি এবং কিভাবে এই জনপ্রিয় সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার উৎপত্তি হয়েছিলো। এবার আমরা জানবো, যদি আপনি এই সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া প্লাটফর্ম কে ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে আপনি কি কি বেনিফিট পাবেন। আপনি যদি পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে আপনি অনেক দিক থেকে সুবিধা ভোগ করতে পারবেন।তার মধ্যে উল্লেখযোগ্য কিছু সুবিধা সম্পর্কে ছোট্ট করে জেনে নেয়া যাক৷

সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হলো, আপনি যদি পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে আপনি আপনার ওয়েবসাইট এর জন্য প্রচুর পরিমানে ভিজিটর নিয়ে আসতে পারবেন, যা আপনার ওয়েবসাইট এর ইনকাম এর জন্য অনেক হেল্পফুল হবে। মূলত যারা ওয়েবসাইট নিয়ে কাজ করেন কিংবা ব্লগিং সেক্টর এর সাথে যুক্ত আছেন, তারা ভালো করেই জানেন যে ভিজিটর কোনো একটি ওয়েবসাইট বা ব্লগ এর জন্য কতটা গুরুত্বপূর্ণ৷ যেসব ওয়েবসাইটে ভিজিটর থাকে না সেসব ওয়েবসাইট থেকে কোনো প্রকার ইনকাম জেনারেট করা সম্ভব না। অপরদিকে যদি আপনি সঠিকভাবে পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে আপনি সেখান থেকে প্রচুর পরিমানে ভিজিটর আপনার ওয়েবসাইট বা ব্লগে নিয়ে আসতে পারবেন।

যখন আপনি কোনো ওয়েবসাইট নিয়ে কাজ করবেন তখন অবশ্যই আপনি এসইও সম্পর্কে জেনে থাকবেন। আর এসইও এর সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় হলো Backlink. যার মাধ্যমে আপনি খুব সহজেই আপনার ওয়েবসাইট কে সার্চ ইঞ্জিন এর টপ পজিশনে নিয়ে আসতে পারবেন।

অপরদিকে আপনি যদি পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করেন তাহলে আপনি খুব সহজেই আপনার website এর জন্য ব্যাকলিংক তৈরি করে নিতে পারবেন। যা আপনার ওয়েবসাইট বা ব্লগের এসইও অপটিমাইজেশন এ অনেক হেল্পফুল হবে।

No-3: For Sponsorship

মনে করুন আপনার একটি পিন্টারেস্ট একাউন্ট আছে এবং আপনার সেই Account এ প্রচুর পরিমানে ফলোয়ার আছে৷ আপনি চাইলে বেশি ফলোয়ার থাকা সেই একাউন্ট থেকে স্পন্সরশীপ থেকেও টাকা ইনকাম করতে পারবেন। যখন আপনার একটি বেশি Follower থাকা পিন্টারেস্ট একাউন্ট থাকবে তখন আপনি বিভিন্ন কোম্পানি বা উদ্যোক্তাদের পন্য সামগ্রী কে পেইড স্পন্সরশীপ করাতে পারবেন। এবং এর বিনিময়ে আপনি বেশ ভালো পরিমানে ইনকাম জেনারেট করতে পারবেন।

No-4: For Affiliate Marketing

পিন্টারেস্ট থেকে ইনকাম করার আরও একটি পথ আছে।৷ চাইলে আপনিও এফিলিয়েট মার্কেটিং করে বিপুল পরিমানে টাকা ইনকাম করতে পারবেন। আর আপনার মতো এমন অনেক মানুষ আছে যারা এই পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করে বেশ ভালো পরিমানে ইনকাম জেনারেট করতে পারছে। সেজন্য আপনি কোনো অনলাইন শপ বা ই কমার্স এর এফিলিয়েন প্রোগ্রামে যুক্ত হবেন। যেমন, Amazon, Daraz, Bd Shop ইত্যাদি৷

এরপর আপনার এফিলিয়েট লিংক কে পিন্টারেস্ট একাউন্টে পিন করে রাখবেন৷ এখন আপনার সেই এফিলিয়েট লিংকে ক্লিক করে কেউ যদি কোনো পণ্য কিনে নেয়, তাহলে আপনি সেই পন্য বিক্রি করার বিনিময়ে কিছু পরিমান টাকা কমিশন হিসেবে নিতে পারবেন। আর এভাবে আপনি যতো বেশি প্রোডাক্ট সেল করতে পারবেন আপনার ইনকাম এর পরিমান ঠিক ততো বেশি হবে।

পিন্টারেস্ট এর সাথে জড়িত শব্দ

যদি আপনি পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করতে চান তাহলে আপনাকে বেশ কিছু বিষয় সম্পর্কে জেনে নিতে হবে। উদাহরন হিসেবে, কেউ যখন ফেসবুক ব্যবহার করে তখন সেই মানুষটিকে ফেসবুক এর বিভিন্ন বিষয় সম্পর্কে জানতে হয়। যেমন, Like, Comment, Share, Post ইত্যাদি৷ ঠিক একইভাবে যখন আপনি পিন্টারেস্ট ব্যবহার করবেন তখন আপনাকে বেশ কিছু বিষয় সম্পর্কে জেনে নিতে হবে। চলুন এবার সেই বিষয় গুলো সম্পর্কে জেনে নেয়া যাক৷

No-1: PINS

যখন আপনি নিজে থেকে আপনার একাউন্টে কোনো photo, Video আপলোড করবেন। তখন সেটিকে বলা হবে পিনস (Pins). মনে করুন আপনি আপনার বন্ধুদের সাথে কোথাও ঘুরতে গেলেন।তারপর সেখানে কিছু পিক তুলে সেগুলোকে নিজের পিন্টারেস্ট প্রোফাইলে আপলোড করলেন। এখন আপনার আপলোড করা এই পিক গুলো কে বলা হবে, Pinterest Pins.

No-2: BOARDS

পিন্টারেস্ট এর সবচেয়ে মজার বিষয় হলো Boards. যখন আপনি এক বা একাধিক কোনো pins কে নির্দিষ্ট কোনো ক্যাটগরিতে জমা করে রাখবেন,তখন উক্ত পিনস গুলোকে বলা হবে বোর্ডস (Boards).

No-3: FOLLOWER

আমরা যারা ফেসবুক বা টুইটার ব্যবহার করি তারা অবশ্যই ফলোয়ার শব্দটির সাথে পরিচিত হয়ে থাকবেন। ঠিক তেমনি পিন্টারেস্ট একাউন্টেও কাউকে ফলো করার অপশন রয়েছে। এখানে আপনি চাইলে অন্যান্য profile গুলোকে Follow করতে পারবেন অথবা অন্য কেউ চাইলে আপনাকে ফলো করতে পারবে৷

No4: Re PINS

যখন আপনি আপনার পিন্টারেস্ট একাউন্টে অন্য কারো Pins কে পুনরায় আপনার নেটওয়ার্ক এ শেয়ার করবেন। তখন তাকে বলা হবে, Repin. আপনি চাইলে অন্যান্য ব্যক্তিদের পিন গুলোকে রিপিন করতে পারবেন। আবার অন্য কেউ চাইলে আপনার পিন গুলোকে Repin করতে পারবে।

No-5: REACT

ফেসবুক এ যখন অন্য কারো পোষ্ট আমাদের ভালো লাগে তখন আমরা উক্ত পোষ্টে Like,Comment করে থাকি৷ ঠিক একইভাবে পিন্টারেস্ট এ যখন আপনার কোনো পিন ভালো লাগবে, তখন আপনি সেই Pin কে Love React দিতে পারবেন।
