Dr Mahamudul Islam Chowdhury started working as a frontline fighter during Covid-19 pandemic as a medical officer of covid-19 isolation of Chittagong general hospital, Chittagong, Bangladesh, a dedicated covid-19 hospital, situated in chitta

gong city. Earlier he is appointed in Binajuri union sub centre of Raozan upazilla, Chittagong in 2019 and then transferred to Cox bazar sadar hospital in 2020 before joining in Chittagong general hospital, Chittagong. At present, he is working as a medical officer of Raozan upazila health complex, Raozan, Chittagong. He is an "Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of surgery(MBBS)" graduated in 2015 from Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical Colleage under Shahjalal University Of Science & Technology. Later in 2019, he joined BCS Health cadre service(Bangladesh Civil service) to deliver better health care to people using government resources . Besides, he studied CCD(Certificate Course on Diabetology) under BIRDEM in 2018 and CMU (Certificate In Medical Ultrasound) from IMMT , Chittagong in 2019.
