Chand Gazi Bhuiyan Jame Mosque
জমিদার চাঁদ গাজী ভুঞা মসজিদ

This historical Masjid was built by the Mughal Subedar in 1122 Hijri during the period of Baro Bhuiyan. It is 48' long, 24' wide and 35' high with three imposing domes. In the 18th century a Minar was constructed and a pond was excavated. The Masjid accommodate a hundred of devotees inside and more than two to three hundred devotess in the open compound attached to it. The Masjid has been listed by the archaeological department of Bangladesh as a heritage Mosque in 1987 but due to lack of proper maintenance its fine architectural works are deteriorating day by day.
