1. Pomiješajte prosijano brašno i griz, stavite u slajdove na stol. Napravite udubljenje u smjesi i u nju razbijte jaja, posolite i dodajte ulje. Umesiti testo dok ne postane elastično. Umotajte testo u foliju i ostavite u frižideru 30 minuta.

2. Zatim tijesto razvaljajte u tanki sloj i izrežite krugove promjera 7 cm.

3. Za fil narežite spanać i pirjajte 2 minute, a zatim juhu ocijedite.

4. Natrljajte svježi sir, dodajte naribani sir i dodajte spanać, sol i papar.

5. Na pripremljene krugove tijesta stavite kuglice pripremljenog mljevenog mesa, navlažite rubove tijesta vodom, savijte u polukrug i uštipnite, vilicom nanesite uzorak. Raviole kuhajte 5 minuta i poslužite sa kiselim vrhnjem.
