1987-ci ildə Azərbaycan Respublikasının xalq artisti, rejissor, ssenarist Eldar Quliyev tərəfindən əsası qoyulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Mədəniyyət Nazirliyi nəzdində fəaliyyət göstərən “Debüt” film studiyası qısa və tammetrajlı debüt filmlərinin çəkilişi, həmçinin yeni başlayan kinematoqrafçılar üçün tədris proqramlarının keçirilməsinə və onların filmlərinin beynəlxalq festivallarda təbliğ olunmasına dəstək olur.
Founded in 1987 by the honored artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan, director and scriptwriter Eldar Guliyev, Debut film studio under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan is an organization dedicated to the production short and full-length debut films, as well as delivering education programs for aspiring filmmakers, as well as promoting their work in international festivals and creating networking opportunities.
