As a Call Collection Officer Jr., you will play a vital role in our organization, responsible for collecting outstanding premiums, assisting clients with inquiries, and handling policy cancellations. Reporting to the Team Leader Collections, you will ensure the timely collection of payments while maintaining exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with our customers.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Notifies assigned group of policyholders of overdue payments and accounts.
- Sets and maintains agendas in the system for due actions and follow-up.
- Resolves collection issues by making and recording payment arrangements.
- Discusses overdue payments of an assigned group of policyholders with the Team leader Claims.
- Maintains records and files in ANVA related to collection work, including payment
arrangements.
- Prepares progress reports relating to collection work.

𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰-𝐡𝐨𝐰, 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Minimum of Associate’s Degree (MBO) in Administration.
- Basic knowledge of insurance aspects and broker administration processes.
- Basic negotiation skills.
- Working knowledge of the ANVA-system.
- Good and flexible time management skills.
- Good command of English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish.
- Team player.
