… There was so much mayhem here beautiful beautiful mayhem with new kittens and children playing and a storm. It is beautiful but I just had to stop and speak with you because I saw a comment on Instagram so let’s chat… To me, this perspective oversimplifies a complex emotional landscape. Our feelings are influenced by so many factors—past experiences, personal circumstances, and individual choices. While we can choose how we feel, life’s challenges can impact our ability to connect, and that doesn’t necessarily mean we care any less.
It’s essential to remember that quality often trumps quantity. A meaningful conversation can outweigh hours spent in less engaging interactions. Plus, adult children are navigating their own lives, and sometimes their priorities shift, which can lead to less time with family without diminishing their affection.
We should also consider cultural differences in family dynamics, where varying expectations can shape how we interact. Emotional well-being sometimes requires distance, especially if past interactions were difficult.
As we engage on social media, let’s be kind and inclusive. Strong judgments can hurt, and we need to be mindful of the complexity of others’ relationships.
when we use the word “you” on social media we are speaking to a human being who is at the other end watching our content. We have a responsibility of duty of care to Care about our viewer to legitimately care and demonstrate this Care…
Let’s monitor the tone of our content that demonstrate compassion. Let’s encourage people to be inclusive rather than exclusive. Let’s move away from colonisation and cognitive fusion. Let’s think critically because after all although we are a herd animal we are not a sheep.

Let’s approach each other with compassion and understanding. 💖
