Beyond the decks and beats, my heart has been racing down another trail for nearly 30 years—mountain biking!

The journey hasn't been without its hurdles, especially since becoming an amputee. But, just like DJing, mountain biking has been instrumental in helping me navigate the ups and downs of mental health. While I might not hit the trails as hard as before, the love for MTB continues to bring joy, adventure, and a wonderful community into my life.

I'm grateful to have been sponsored by Specialized and Camden Cycles, and to have founded the "Ability To Ride" program, where we've empowered many amputees and those battling mental health challenges to experience the thrill of biking with Specialized Turbo Levos.

One of my most memorable adventures was tackling the White Rim Trail in Utah—a 160-kilometer challenge—with an inspiring group of individuals with limb differences. I had the privilege of meeting Mike Sinyard, the founder of Specialized, and sharing this journey with incredible friends from the National Ability Centre and Osseointegration International.

Creating the "Tread Setters" documentary was a team effort, and I'm so thankful for the support of Louis, our talented director and filmmaker, along with my amazing collaborators Annijke Wade, Josie Fouts, and Steven Wilke. Your dedication made this project truly special.

Losing part of my leg was tough, but in a way, it was like winning the golden ticket to W***y Wonka's amazing world. If that hadn't happened, I might have missed out on these incredible experiences. The universe has a funny way of surprising us, and sometimes good things truly do emerge from the darkest places. As Einstein famously said, for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction. Something good has to come
from something bad!

Life can be challenging, but finding a reason to get up each day is crucial. Invest in those who invest in you, volunteer, and choose joy. Check out our journey in the "Tread Setters" documentary link below.

Honouring the Life and Legacy of Quincy Jones
Today, we pay our deepest respects to the legendary Quincy Jones. His genius, passion, and unwavering dedication to music have transformed the world, inspiring countless artists and touching the lives of fans across generations. Quincy was more than just a producer or musician – he was a visionary whose impact reaches far beyond any one genre or time.
In 1964, Quincy made history by composing the soundtrack for The Pawnbroker, becoming the first African American composer to score a major studio film. This achievement was the beginning of a remarkable journey that would forever change the sound of film music. His courage to pave new paths in an industry that rarely welcomed diversity has left a legacy that will inspire for generations to come.
From jazz to pop, from producing for Michael Jackson to discovering young talents, Quincy’s achievements have shaped the soundtracks of our lives. His legacy will live on in every note, every rhythm, and every soul touched by his music. His influence continues to echo through the artists he’s inspired, the fans he’s moved, and the incredible body of work he’s left behind.

What an incredible night at the Disability Trust's 50th Anniversary Ball!

Everyone was on the dance floor, loving every track, and when I announced the last song, the crowd wasn’t ready to stop—chants of “one more song” filled the room! Lucky for everyone, I had the perfect track lined up: Simply the Best by Tina Turner, because the Trust and everyone involved truly are the best at what they do.
Even then, the night wasn’t over—managed to squeeze in a few more songs, and we kept the energy going until the lights finally brought things to a close. This was truly one of the happiest nights I’ve had as a DJ, and I can’t wait to play for the Trust again. Thanks to everyone who made it unforgettable!

Excited to be DJing for Surf Camp Australia’s 25th Anniversary celebration this Saturday at the stunning 7 Mile Beach, Gerroa Boat Fisherman’s Club! It’s always a great feeling when a previous client, like Guy, books you again—after playing his 50th, I’m honored to be part of this milestone event for him and Jane.
I’ve also arranged for my good friends, the band All The Fuss, to join the celebration! With live music from the band and my DJ set, we’ve got everything ready for an unforgettable night of fun, dancing, and celebration. Can’t wait to catch up and make this night one to remember!

I'm incredibly honored to be DJing at The Disability Trust's 50th anniversary celebration! This event is extra special to me, not only because it's my largest gig yet with 300 guests, but because it represents a significant milestone for a remarkable organisation.

I had the pleasure of hearing Aunty Sharralyn Robinson open the night with an insightful talk about the rich history of the Illawarra and its Aboriginal community. Her words reminded me of the day I first visited this beautiful region, fell in love, and decided to make it my home. I am grateful to the Aboriginal people for allowing me to have my first home in such a wonderful place.

Feeling a bit nervous but excited to perform for this esteemed gathering, including Wollongong's Mayor Tania Brown, the Mayor of Shellharbour, and Ryan Park, our Health Minister. I've prepared a special set, mixing all the classics with some new tracks to keep everyone grooving.

It's a black-tie affair, so I'll be suiting up and tying my dickie bow for the occasion. Here's to a night of music, celebration, and gratitude!

Coming from the UK, I grew up surrounded by Reggae music – it’s been a massive influence on me!** 🇬🇧🎶 From the legendary sounds of **Steel Pulse**, **Aswad**, and **UB40**, to the soulful vibes of **Maxi Priest** and **Janet Kay**, Reggae has always been close to my heart.
