Some handy advice with all the haze around this morning!

🚨 The smell outside is not that of 10,000 Christmas hams being cooked all at once, but from smoke being carried down from the Yarrum Gap fire burning out of control in the Grampians.

The smoke will continuing sitting over us while the high pressure system moves slowly over the top of us today and will dissipate with the wind change expected around lunch time through to mid afternoon.

If the smoke is affecting you, here are some tips to help assist you:
• Stay indoors and keep windows and doors closed.
• Use air purifiers if available.
• Limit outdoor activities, especially strenuous ones.
• If you must go outside, consider wearing an N95 mask.
