Sunglasses After Dark reflects my political and social beliefs in society. The bands I play, and what they have to say lyrically, is what I believe in. After presenting a weekly radio show for thirty years, you become passionate towards certain styles of music and bands.

I've been doing my show since September 1980, to play new bands on the radio and expose listeners to new music within my genre. Its great to be a part of a commmunity radio station that plays under-represented music and is not governed by corporate interests."

An extremely limited number of BLOWHOLE slipmats have been produced for the band members and WTF staff.

If anyone would like us to make some more, let us know. If enough people are interested, we will do another run and make them available to the public.

And in other unrelated news, the BLOWHOLE self titled LPs are slowly making their way through the manufacturing process as we speak. We know the kids have been waiting for years for this one, but you will have to wait for at least another 3 weeks at this stage.

We have been very busy at the Warburton office of WTF Recordings this week.

Here we see Diesel the Dog (Assistant to the CEO) listening very intently to a test pressing of the BLOWHOLE Self Titled album.

In honour of this test pressing, we made the decision to upgrade the office turntable to a Rega Planar 1 in the Walnut finish.

These 2 releases were previously only available on the original CDs released in the late 1990s. This is the first digital release.

You would be hard pressed to find a better band to come out of Drysdale.
