Join me for a to August of 1962, when I joined the great pianist Bill Evans in the studio to record his album "Loose Blues."

"Loose Blues" made for a good recording session. The musicians were talented, and the music was original and unique-- maybe a little tough, but nothing the other guys and I couldn't handle. We recorded it all in 2 days, and then just left BIll to sort out what he wanted to do with it all. He was working on a lot of projects back then.

Joining us: Zoot Sims, Jim Hall, and .
