Art Basel safety stop. Ladies watch your drinks don’t take drinks from strangers, go out with a buddy no woman left behind. The day of my SA the woman at Roxy Bolton told me that just that evening there had 4 other woman before me in that same room with similar stories. We are safer together.

It’s been a very busy few days my daughters birthday the witches ball writing music we built a lodge painting the yard decorating in decorating finding time to write more Music trying to lose some weight i gained getting ready for a slumber party for my daughter spending time with family working on my own album landing from moondance …. Phew but here we are. All is good and kind in the world.

A little side note i encourage each and everyone one of us do give a little this holiday season even if u don’t have much a small toy or a few cans of food can help someone less blessed than u and put a smile on their faces. For our next lodge we are holding a TOY DRIVE all gifts and donations will be sent to .

With this lodge with this prayer it’s my intention to find ways to give back and to make volunteering & giving back more accessible to our community.

💙 It’s mental health awareness day 💙
I come here to social media and post the most beautiful experiences of my life share my work , music and try my best to express my gratitude for this life and experiences.

As a woman who has struggled with PTSD & ADHD some days are better than others. And the most comforting thought to me is just how temporary the most difficult moments in life can be.

I have learned i do not always need to be “right” or hold onto sadness or anger. And that it’s okay to ask for help and to talk about difficult things and just how powerful it is to also just be quiet and listen to others. My pain isn’t more painful than any one else pain.

WE ARE ALL GOING THROUGH IT as a collective

I am not perfect, although i am very blessed my life is not perfect. The most healing thing i have found is to really find enjoyment in the small moments and finding magic in all things

As the legendary Bob Marley once said - “The truth is, everyone is going to hurt you. You just got to find the ones worth suffering for”

I hope for any one in this world who is hurting or suffering that u find comfort & love and know u are not alone 💙

Blessed autumn equinox. As the season changes into fall and veil begins to lift i am extremely sensitive to the nostalgic feelings billowing through our collective consciousness held by our ancestors. Memories of past and longings for the possibility to connect with loved ones on this plain of existence.

This season is always full of wanting cozy warm yummy things like a good lentil soup, a spicy hot chocolate, the smell of cinnamon in the air, the embrace of a loved one past. There is always a touch of sadness and i really begin to feel longing. As the leaves fall and the coolness sets in i like to really lean into the change and embrace the shedding of what no longer serves like the trees 🍂
