URGENT WATER RESTRICTIONS
Council would like to please ask community to be mindful of water usage, our main town reservoir is struggling to keep up with the high community demand for water. If you have any leaking taps please report it asap, if you see hoses running, please turn it off. Our water is precious, and we need to all do our part to conserve it.
NO SPRINKLERS ARE TO BE USED DURING THIS
WATER RESTRICTION.

PLEASE EXPECT WATER DISRUPTIONS IF COUNCIL CAN NOT MEET COMMUNITY DEMAND, THIS WILL ENSURE THAT THE WATER TEAM CAN PUMP FRESH WATER TO THE MAIN TOWN RESERVOIR.

REPORT ANY LEAKING TAPS! PLEASE SHARE WIDELY, THANKS, PIASC.

LDMG UPDATE: Expanded GP hours 7 days per week - operating at PICC.

This helps lessen strain on JPHS - and lessens the risk of residents having to visit JPHS after normal business hours, where COVID cases are being treated and large numbers swabbed for.

Vaccinations are available all weekend at PiCC as well as during the week.

PICC and JPHS staff working together to provide seamless best-case care and services to residents. Palm is very lucky to have these services and teams available. Take advantage please.

Share widely and encourage everyone who needs access to care and vaccinations to visit PICC 7 days per week.

Thanks to our amazing staff, volunteers and all stakeholders working together to slow this outbreak down.

Thank you
LDC LDMG

Please share - how we go over next 4 weeks is very much depending on how well we follow the health advice.

Planning and support is in place - but households MUST stay home (everyone) and not leave for 7 days. Not just the patient stays home - everyone does sick or not.

Our elders and vulnerable people's health and lives rely upon people thinking of others and not just themselves.

Community safe - depends on individual choices. It's our way to look out for our own mob.

This will be tough for all, but if we don't follow advice - it could be disastrous.

It isn't too much to ask for 7 days when the worst scenario is just so bad. I believe we can pull together - we've always stood strong against attack.

This Covid outbreak is another one - let's fight it shoulder to shoulder united.

LDMG Chair
