We went out to Steel Art in Meredith, Vic., and the artwork is pretty cool. Whether you are there to buy or just peruse, it's worth dropping by. They also have a lovely little cafe. I will definitely be visiting again. The gardens are beautiful. Will post more footage soon.

Today marks 9 Years since my daughter and I were in a car accident. It was a head on collision and we had stopped our car with the hope the other driver would pull back to his side of the road.
This did not occur and I still vividly see the grin on his face as his car hit ours. (Apparently a diabetic hyper episode.) I still have on going physical and mental issues from this accident including PTSD and Anxiety.
I have had both Physical and Mental health therapy to deal with these issues, but the thing that helps the most, is getting away from the normal every day things, and doing activities that involve every part of me.
My Mind, My Body, My Soul.
Going out to the bush, a creek, a river, a beach, and just emptying my mind, challenging my body, and feeding my soul through the peace and the beauty of Nature.

The Get Together put on by Murray Rivers Gold Adventures (You Tube). Lovely guy. 2nd year getting this event going. Included raffles to raise money for Adventure Gold (You Tube) who is being treated for cancer.

Had a lovely afternoon out looking for Gold at Slaty Creek Creswick Forest Reserve. Sadly no gold, but we made some great memories <3
