I nearly didn’t go this afternoon. My legs were tired, I was tired, it was pi***ng rain. But I couldn’t find an excuse so I went. I hated the first half. I was grumpy. Then I saw a duck dancing on a tap. Game changer!

⚠️ LONG POST WARNING ⚠️

Some of you might notice that I was having a rough time about a year ago. A lot of things I should have controlled I didn’t. I was struggling, emotionally, financially and physically. I’ve been away a while now, concentrating on getting myself healthy, happy and stable.

A lot of you helped me out in a lot of different ways last year. I didn’t know I was suffering as much as it turned out I was. I’ve worked hard this year and I’ve turned a lot my problems around.

First. Redshapes. Thanks for putting up with me and for your love and support. Thanks to everyone who has checked in, stayed in touch, and even asked around about me. I’m very grateful for your love and friendship.

Second. Thanks to the rest of you for helping me build this page into what it was. Thanks for sticking around!

I have one more major challenge that I need to address: My physical health. When I started this page back in 2020, I was 90kg, healthy, running 4-5kms most days, and looking after myself.

Covid happened, ruined my business (but brought me to you guys), and little by little my mental and physical health declined. I’m now 130 kg. The heaviest I’ve ever been.

I didn’t even notice. If I did I didn’t care. I’ve been working all year to change that mindset and find ways to get the stability and happiness I crave.

So, let’s move forward. Together. I’m not necessarily going to start streaming again, not yet. But if you want to come on a journey with me, I’ve got a LOT of weight to lose.

I’d love to lose it with you guys, if you’ll have me back?

And when I’m healthy again? Then we’ll find some time to play games again. What do you say fam? Shall we go walking every day?
