Dad convicted of killing his son Dylan over f***s fe**sh pics

Mark Redwine, 59, was convicted of second-degree murder and child abuse in the death of his son Dylan.

Dylan Redwine was forced to visit his father for Thanksgiving in 2012 by a court order and disappeared near Mark’s home in Vallecito. Dylan reportedly confronted his father about the pictures prior to the killing.

“I have seen the photos,” Dylan’s older brother Cory said in 2017. “It shows him wearing women’s clothes and makeup and a diaper and then eating his f***s from the diaper. It was disgusting. We couldn’t believe it.”

Dylan’s body was found in June 2013 by search teams, about 10 miles from Mark’s property in southwest Colorado. His skull was found two years later by hikers in the region.

Mark was arrested in 2017 and charged with the killing. Dylan and his father were estranged and his parents were fighting a custody battle when he died. Mark and Dylan’s mother, Elaine Hall, even went on “Dr. Phil” in 2013, where Mark bizarrely claimed Elaine was responsible for Dylan’s disappearance.

Prosecutors said Mark killed his son with blunt force to the head in a fit of rage and then hid his body in the nearby woods. The defense argued Dylan was possibly killed by an animal, but the jury didn’t buy it.

Dylan’s friends and family testified that he didn’t want to go on the fateful Thanksgiving trip.

Prior to Friday’s verdict, the trial was delayed multiple times, including once last year when a member of Mark Redwine’s defense team developed COVID-19 symptoms.

His sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 8.

West Virginia Woman Just Pleaded Guilty To Killing Her Boyfriend So She Could Marry Her Father

Amanda McClure tortured her boyfriend for three days before killing him and dismembering his body with help from her sister and father.

According to local news outlet The Bluefield Daily Telegraph, Amanda Michelle Naylor McClure, 31, pled guilty to second-degree murder for killing her boyfriend, 38-year-old John Thomas McGuire, with the help of her father and sister.

McGuire’s remains, which had been buried, dug up, dismembered, and reburied by the culprits, were uncovered months later in a grave at a Skygusty residence in McDowell County where the family had been staying. McClure’s sentencing took place in a virtual hearing via skype which was presided by Judge Ed Kornish.

A bizarre murder that took place in West Virginia in February 2019 has come to a conclusion — at least, for now.

McGuire’s mother, Karen Smith, also joined the virtual sentencing from her home in Alabama. “I just really want to know why she thought she could be God and take my kid,” Smith said. “She broke my heart and my grandkids’ hearts. They cry every night for their daddy.”

During the emotional hearing, McClure pleaded for the court and McGuire’s family to forgive her. She also painted herself as a victim of her biological father’s abuse.

“I have to look at myself every day,” McClure said. “My family didn’t raise me to be this way. I’ve not only hurt John’s [McGuire] family, I’ve hurt my own family.” McClure is the biological daughter of Larry McClure, 55, who she later married after they murdered her boyfriend together.

She was raised by adoptive parents Allen and Gwen Holm, who were also present during the virtual sentencing.

“I want to apologize on our behalf,” Allen Holm said. “I can’t imagine what she [Smith] is going through.” Holm pleaded to the court to take McClure’s biological father’s influence into consideration and possibly reevaluate McClure’s sentence in a couple of years.

According to court records, Larry developed an incestuous relationship with his daughter, McClure. He had been estranged with McClure and her sister, Anna, who were all living in separate states. McClure was living together with McGuire in Indiana at the time.

Then, Larry decided to drive down and pick up his daughters at their homes. When he came to pick up McClure, according to court records, both his daughter and the victim, McGuire, were “dope sick.” The group traveled back to Skygusty where Larry was staying after his release from prison on s*x offense charges.

After 10 days, the family hatched a plan to kill McGuire. McClure testified that the victim was killed because he “was with me. My dad didn’t want anyone else near me.”

The sentencing for the murder was delivered through a virtual session on Skype.

During his own sentencing hearing, Larry testified that McGuire had bought a bottle of wine for Valentine’s Day, possibly meant to be shared with McClure. McGuire was then struck in the head with the wine bottle, tied up, and injected with liquid m**hamphetamine — done by Larry and his daughters.

The victim was then tortured for “two to three days of hell,” Larry admitted.

By that Saturday, the family of killers had buried McGuire’s body in a two-foot grave behind the house. They dug up his remains after six days, dismembered his body, and reburied him. Then, three weeks later, Larry and McClure traveled to neighboring Tazewell County in Virginia and got married.

“I don’t think you’re taking full responsibility for killing John [McGuire] — you’re blaming it on your father,” Judge Kornish said in response to McClure’s claims that she was under the influence of her father.

McClure was sentenced to 40 years in prison in October 2020. Larry was sentenced to life without mercy for the crime earlier in August. Meanwhile, McClure’s 32-year-old sister, Anna Marie Choudhary, is also facing first-degree murder charges in connection with McGuire’s death.

“We can’t unring that bell…Karen [Smith] is not going to get her son back,” the judge said before his final words to McClure, “the time you will serve is not an adequate amount of time for the pain you have caused.”

Police are appealing for public assistance to find the driver of a rented SUV which they believe could have been involved in up to eight crashes in a three-hour period yesterday.
At 8.20am yesterday (Sunday 19 July 2020), Brisbane Water Highway Patrol stopped a grey Holden Equinox on the M1 at Bar Point and the driver was issued a traffic infringement notice for speeding more than 45km/h. The driver, a 35-year-old man from Queensland, had his licence suspended on the spot.
Despite the suspension, less than an hour later at 9:10am, the same vehicle was involved in a collision with a cyclist on the Pacific Highway at Lindfield. The 48-year-old male cyclist suffered abrasions to his hip and elbow.
About five minutes later – and 2km south of the first collision – the same SUV hit another cyclist; this time a 55-year-old man suffered five fractured ribs and a fractured collarbone; he remains in Royal North Shore Hospital.
Both times the driver allegedly left the scene without rendering assistance or providing details.
Shortly after 9.35am, the same vehicle was driving the Eastern Distributor Tunnel southbound at Woolloomooloo, when a 2012-model Mercedes C220 was hit from behind by a SUV matching the description. The sedan spun out, blocking all three lanes and the SUV did not stop.
The driver, a 39-year-old man, was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital to be checked as a precaution. He sustained bruising and swelling in the incident.
Only minutes later, a Land Rover Sport, being driven by a 52-year-old man, was hit by a SUV as the vehicles were travelling east along Alison Road at Kensington. The SUV failed to stop.
At 9.38am, the 36-year-old man driving a WRX witnessed the Kensington crash and was noting the SUV’s number plate when – police allege – the SUV driver deliberately reversed towards him, causing another collision with a Mitsubishi Eclipse. The SUV then drove from the scene without exchanging details.
At 10am, a 36-year-old man was cycling west along Perry Street at Matraville when he was hit from behind by the SUV, knocking him off his bike. He sustained cuts to his left elbow and back. The SUV did not stop.
At 10.30am, a 39-year-old woman was driving her Forester along Bridge Road at Glebe, when she was struck by an SUV travelling in the same direction. The SUV driver did not stop.
The last linked incident has been reported from Lane Cove at 11:15am when a 59-year-old woman was driving her Subaru Outback north along Epping Road. She has told police an Equinox SUV drove beside her and deliberately swerved into her lane and hit her before leaving the scene.
A description of the wanted vehicle was circulated to police yesterday; however, neither the SUV or the driver have been found.
The vehicle is described as being a 2018-model grey Holden Equinox with Queensland registration, 729ZAB
Police urge anyone with information about the whereabouts of the vehicle or the driver to call Crime Stopper on 1800 333 000.
