“But I will say that the gatekeepers for that over like the last decade that I've been, they still pick certain types of bodies, and they privilege certain types of BBW-ness. But it was very well known in the industry that he only likes certain types of bodies to promote, or certain types of BBW. So that would be someone without a belly, you have to have ginormous breasts, you know, you have to have an @ss in a certain way. But I do think that when it comes to the industry, I mean, we just magnify the things that are already going on in the real world.”

Rubi: At that age herpes seemed to be like the worst thing that could possibly happen to you. Like out of all the STI’s, herpes was the one that, I don't know, scared me the most for some reason. It was kind of used as—
Jenna: I think the same, when I was in high school that was the go to wasn't it? “You don't wanna get herpes”, which is ridiculous.
Rubi: don't know how that happened. I guess, I don't know, herpes does seem to carry more stigma maybe because it's something that I guess you have forever. Whereas—
Holly: But it's incredibly treatable
Rubi: Oh yeah it’s so manageable. It did not ruin my life. It did not ruin my career. Like I continue to work, it's fine. But at the time, it was like “oh my god, no. I'm so unsexy. No one's gonna f**k me ever again.”

J: If we had planned to spend an afternoon or an evening together, we would be sitting on Holly's couch talking. And in the early hours of the morning, we would be like, “Oh, we should go to bed”. And then somebody would be like, but did you hear about this? And then we would just talk and talk and talk. And then in the morning, we would wake up and we would keep talking?
H: And I would definitely wake Jenna up with spoons. And she would be like, “like, we only got to sleep three hours ago. Can I go back to sleep?” Like she did last time she was here and I was like, “okay, sorry”.
J: She was like, “I'm just really excited to have you here!” That's lovely. But I'm going back to sleep.
“Couch co-op is my favourite thing to do, especially with my husband. Like for me, one of the most romantic things is working on projects together and doing like--solving problems together. My husband and I met doing a project together. And it's just something--like I love doing escape rooms with partners, I love doing puzzles with them. I love playing couch co-op video games with them because I just think, oh, like there's no greater turn on then working with someone to achieve something. If they're good to work with. If they're not good to work with then I'm like, “Okay, well, we're clearly incompatible and we should not have sex”. But like if we work well together, like eurgh, so sexy. So the game I've chosen is one that Holly introduced me to called It Takes Two”
