EPISODE 92- SMALL TALK

Nick’s favourite podcast was Mystery Show even though it only ran for six episodes. Chris likes Hardcore History which kind of shows how into podcasts he’s not. Do you listen to podcasts much beyond this Hit Podcast which is your favourite? I mostly listen when I’m riding my bike, I know a lot of people don’t feel safe listening to something while riding. Here in Canberra you can really ride your bike everywhere easily, at least in the north side. What’s it like for bikes where you live? Have you ever ranked Small Talk against every other human idea? EPISODE 91- ANALOGY

Podcasts are a form where there are many really bad ones, some that are fine but easing replaceable, some that are very strong indeed, some sublime and one very best one. Our list of all human ideas is much the same, the key difference being that we don’t know what the absolute best idea is yet.

Hit Podcasts are obviously just another insidious transmission system for parasocial networks for misaligned status narratives. We all get that, so does it have to be pointed out? To put it more plainly, does it even matter if things are bad as long as they’re really good? To put the plainness more better, how much do we need to be talking about that kind of stuff?
