Here is our table of measurement of raw meat/fish/prawns for each tray we sell. We portion them based on this table. We want to make sure, that you are not just enjoying the taste but also enjoy the quantity of the food you pay.

We choose the best quality of meat. We use Beef Chuck Steak for Caldereta and Mechado; and Brisket for Karekare; and Round Steak for Bistek. We use quality Pork Belly for Pork Grilled, Pork Binagoongan, Pork KareKare, Menudo and Sinugba.
