This was so good I just had to share!

We grabbed some oysters from and we told Steph about the Vodka we had bought from a recommendation from a friend.. she suggested we get some Australian Finger Lime Pearls.. so we did.

Dash of vodka, fresh oysters and these pearls … an experience in my mouth that I won’t forget 😉

Shoutout to .vinyl … your board you gifted us years ago is still getting lots of use 😘

2024 has been a roller coaster of a ride, navigating businesses, family, relationships… but we have ended our 2024 working year with our hearts full knowing that we have each other and the love of our extended family & friends.

To all of our clients who have given us the opportunity to make a living to create a life enabling us to provide opportunities for our children, and furthermore who enable us to support our staff and their families, our gratitude goes far beyond the words of “thank you”. The work that is given to us in both of our businesses is truly appreciated and is something we NEVER take for granted.

Being business owners isn’t the “easy ride” that some might think it is, it’s full of sleepless nights, worry, risks, but it’s a challenge that we accept and we put our heart and soul into it every single day of the week.

To our followers and supporters on social media, thank you for following our journeys, for allowing us to showcase our region and provide valuable support of our local community and beyond.
