An old mate is currently touring the USA with Small Island Big Song 小島大歌 a collective of islander musicians from the Pacific promoting island culture and the impacts of climate change. Tim texted last week wanting some surf footage to screen behind the band on the tour. They had their first gig in Seattle this morning with a clip of surf images at Point Impossible I quickly edited together projected behind the band. A fantastic band, fantastic tour and wonderful songs. Check them out

In 1987 I filmed and produced this music clip for independent Tasmanian rock band THE ODOLITES. Most of the clip was filmed in the Dandenong Ranges and the old Abbotsford Convent on the banks of the Yarra River, Melbourne.

Filmed in 1987 the clip was broadcast nationally across Australia on ABC TV and SBS. Total budget for a clip that ended up on national TV.... $200!

This version of the clip came from a 20 year old VHS tape so I apologise for the quality. I hope you like it.
