Meet the team: Ryan McVea (Wombat)

In his 12th year with the Company, Ryan bleeds loyalty. Starting out as a labourer, where most get stuck as they can’t see the big picture, Wombat has been patient and has worked his way through the ranks to be a valuable leader amongst his workmates, and for Dolley Concreting.

Outside of work Ryan is an avid Dungeons and Dragons player, spends time renovating his house and is currently working to get himself ready for an upcoming Spartan Race.

Meet our Team: Zach Thornley

Zach is an integral, long term member of Dolley Concreting. He possesses a high standard of detail in his work, which translates to unmatched workmanship throughout our industry. He is also an all round genuine bloke which has enabled him to develop great relationships with fellow staff and customers.

Outside of work, Zach loves spending time with his young family, fishing and camping on a riverbank. He coaches a local junior footy team, and also has a passion for golf, which he uses as an outlet for everyday life.

It’s at that rare time again where we have an opportunity for a concreter or concrete labourer to join our Toowoomba based close knit workgroup.
Includes:
* Monday-Friday work (rarely Saturdays)
* Above award rates of pay
* Casual leading to full time employment
* All penalty and overtime rates
* Holiday, sick and personal leave (once fulltime)
* All tools provided
* Transport between jobs throughout workday
* Free use of company Gym
* Mostly local, residential work
* Long term employment

Must haves:
* Construction white card
* Drivers licence

All hands on deck producing 5 floors in 6 days with a massive effort from the team. Time for the crew's reward of 4 days on beautiful Fraser Island to hopefully catch the back end of the Tailor season. 👌

Started pouring 6.30am-slab finished 11.20am. All hands in deck and no problem with the right men. Neat as a pin/flat as a pancake.
