UK brand, Pearl Yachts has introduced the family-friendly Pearl 63 at boot Düsseldorf, showcasing improvements to the Pearl 62 model, one of its most successful models. The new design incorporates updates, including a restyled exterior and an improved aft cockpit layout with two opening side balconies for increased usable space for relaxation and entertaining.

Running 18 to 26 January, with more than 1,500 exhibitors from 67 nations on 220,000 square metres in 16 exhibition halls, boot Düsseldorf is the largest yacht and watersports show in the world, attracting more than 214,000 visitors.
Ocean Media will attend to cover the launches, programs, partner events and Ocean Tribute Awards.

It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the tragic passing of Paolo Vitelli, a true luminary in the yachting industry and founder of Azimut Yachts.

Paolo’s unparalleled vision, passion for innovation, and commitment to sustainability transformed the world of luxury yachting, creating a legacy that will endure for generations.
From founding Azimut Yachts at the age of 21 to building a fleet that set benchmarks for low-emission yachting, Paolo’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to sustainable innovation were unmatched.

In 1985, Paolo acquired the historic Cantieri Benetti shipyard in Viareggio, merging its tradition of craftsmanship with Azimut’s forward-thinking innovation to form the Azimut|Benetti Group. Under his leadership, the group became a global leader in yacht design and manufacturing, a status it continues to hold today.

Our deepest condolences go to his family, especially his daughter Giovanna, as well as his friends, colleagues, and the entire Azimut|Benetti team during this difficult time. Paolo Vitelli’s contributions to yachting will continue to inspire us all. Vale Paolo Vitelli.

The new model introduces some innovative construction and design solutions, such as the owner’s suite in the bow on the upper deck, reserved exclusively for the owner, and the beach club with infinity pool integrated into the main deck, a unique 120-square-metre convivial space in close contact with the water.
