Do you know your clients pain points when you market to them online?

Their pain points are literally the reasons WHY they would start working with you in the first place, because you’re their solution to resolve their “pain”!

For example, a couple of my ideal clients pain points are:
- They can’t stand social media and the idea of using it for their business but know they have to in this day and age
- they have no idea how to write in a way that drives sales but need it as part of their digital marketing strategy
- they wish they had somebody they could trust who had industry led knowledge to market their products / sell their health services
- They have tried a social media strategy in the past and it’s just not working & left feeling frustrated

It’s important to know these for your business so you can use them to ultimately sell yourself/ your services as their solution!

Are you afraid of putting yourself or your brand out there to the world on social media?

Or have no idea with where to start to create your visual aesthetics and brand image online?

The first heart led business I tried to create this was my very problem.

Not only did I have trouble overthinking & putting my products/services out there for the world to see but I seriously struggled with creating the ONLINE branding of my wild roots products!

I had mastered the product itself but the digital side felt like a nightmare 🤪

Fast forward a few years of trial and error & learning the methodology behind it, it’s now what I do for work & feels so simple!

Many marketing experts claim that email marketing is even more powerful than social media marketing because it is HIGHLY targeted to customers/clients that are actually interested in your niche & what you are offering. It helps generate new leads & really allows you to speak directly to your interested followers and allow for a greater conversion rate. Not only this but it really locks in community & connection on that next level.

Also, if all social media fails us & people move to other platforms - emails will still be there!
