Ready to make a difference? We’re calling on kind-hearted volunteers from all over Australia to get involved in a creative, heartwarming challenge! All you need to do is knit or crochet 20x20cm squares, and we’ll sew them into cozy blankets to warm the hearts of those in need. 🧶💖

In 2024, we reached an incredible 680 blankets—and with your help, we know we can make 2025 even bigger! Whether you're an expert knitter, a crochet newbie, or simply love to lend a hand, there’s a way for you to get involved. 😊

Can't knit or crochet? No worries at all! We always need extra hands to help sort squares or stitch them together—every little bit counts! 💪

Let’s make 2025 our biggest year yet! 💫 Join us, get creative, and spread some love and warmth to those who need it most.

Join us for a special Valentine’s Day workshop where you'll create your very own heart-shaped succulent wreath from scratch. This beautiful living piece of art is the perfect gift for a loved one or a fun, creative activity to enjoy together.

What to Expect:

Learn how to construct a 50cm x 40cm heart-shaped wreath using softened branches.

Yep, you heard it right—we're taking a well-deserved break over Christmas! 🎉 Time to recharge, relax, and pretend we know how to cook a festive dinner without burning the kitchen down. 🔥🍗

From 20th of December to 13th of January, we’ll be off the grid, so, we’ll be busy sipping something festive (or maybe just plain wine) and catching up on much-needed R&R. 🥂

We won! We won!

Thank you to for the amazing opportunity to allow our charity, TOTS Blanket Challenge be part of Trees of Hope.

To all of our members who made squares, helped put the tree up or who went down to Panthers to chat to members - thank you, thank you, thank you!

We will make this $4000 go a long way. Funding will go towards:

1. Provide postal relief to volunteers sending squares and blankets from around Australia. As many of you send us packages and boxes we know can it can be very expensive.

2.Provide food and drink to our volunteers who attend our sewing bees
3. Buying wool
4. Create a custom ribbon to attach to each blanket (we have a volunteer who would like to remain anonymous who wants to pay for this).

Many more things to come, but this is a great start!

This week we had a fabulous work experience student Olivia join us at TCF HQ who is undertaking business studies through
We turned her loose on our socials, reels and scheduling content for us over the season break, along with learning the ropes of managing a co working space! We learnt that she’s a popcorn freak with extra salt, she’s a hot chocolate kinda gal, and she fit into this role very comfortably! Being community manager can be dangerous business, as she discovered setting up for a workshop!
Such a trooper, thanks Olivia, we so loved having you with us this week!

Its been a hot minute since we had Parya here to host the ceramics workshop - and she is back in our makers space at The Creative Fringe on 14th September for the Clay Plate and Pinch Pot Class! Come and join us - tickets available via website!

At today's handover we were able to get 260 blankets to our charity partners - WestCare Penrith Platform Youth Services The Haven - Nepean Women's Shelter Penrith Community Kitchen Link Wentworth Housing Cancer Wellness Support. We will share videos from each of them shortly which will show you just how much these blankets are needed and so well received.
