Hi! I’m Pablo 💕 An open letter to my friends, family, and followers of my incredible drag journey. Today I’m taking a deep breath and stepping into a new chapter of my life. For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of sharing my art, and my heart with you all through the power of drag. But today, I embrace myself - I will now be known, on social platforms as Pablo Alfierri (my Nonna’s surname).

This decision wasn’t easy. It’s been an ongoing journey of self-discovery, falling in love with myself and my body again, and my identity. I’ve had moments where I didn’t love who I was - drag does that. You feel invincible, until you’re not. What I’ve discovered is that I feel just as secure in my non-binary identity outside of drag, as I do inside of it. I’ve found a connection with myself that transcends the makeup and clothing. I’ve learned that true power within one’s identity lies in embracing one’s authentic self, in all of its raw and unfiltered glory.

To those who may be wondering about this change, I want to reassure you that I am still the same person. The only difference is that you will continue to see me without the makeup and wigs. I am still the same artist, the same advocate, the same creator and the same friend you have supported and watched over the years. My journey has led me here, and you’re invited to continue it with me.
