Waiting is hard, especially when your du’a feels unanswered. You keep asking, begging, hoping — and still, silence. But the delay is never a rejection. It’s a preparation. Sometimes, Allah holds back what you want to give you something far better — not just for your life, but for your akhirah. Every moment of patience is building you. Every tear is seen. Every du’a is heard. Remember: Allah doesn’t forget His servants. He is Al-Lateef — the One who is gentle with your heart even when you don’t understand the reason for the wait. Trust that He’s working in ways you can’t see. The door will open — at the best time, in the most beautiful way.

Remembering Allah fills the heart with happiness and pleasure and makes the face look brighter.

There are some certain supplications that if a person recites them according to the time and numbers mentioned by the Prophet (PBUH), will have protection against Satan. The following supplication is one of them. It is narrated from Abu Ayyash that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Whoever says in the morning: Laa ilaaha illalaahu wahdahu laa sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahujl-hamdu, wa Huwa ‘ala kuli shay‘in Qadir (None has the right to be worshipped but Allah alone, with no partner or associate. His is the dominion and all praise is to Him, and He is Able to do all things), one hundred times, he will have (a reward) equal to freeing a slave among the sons of Ismail AS, ten bad deeds will be erased from (his record), he will be raised (in status) ten degrees, and he will have protection against Satan until evening comes. When evening comes, (if he says likewise) he will have the same until morning comes.”(Ibn Majah 3867). Similarly, there are many other Ahadith proclaiming the superiority of dhikr over all other good deeds.
