CASE STUDY: Raise Foundation x Keyy Productions

It’s no secret how much we value our partnership with Raise Foundation, and our recent Mentor Story Videos project is a shining example of the kind of meaningful work we’re proud to create together.

🤔 The Challenge
The team at Raise Foundation wanted to showcase the profound impact the Raise Mentoring Program has on young people. Their goal was to connect with prospective mentors, donors, and supporters, inspiring them to join the movement and make a difference.

🎥 Our Approach
We collaborated closely to produce a series of three authentic, engaging personal story videos, each featuring a young person speaking openly and authentically about their mentee experience.

Calming those on-set ~nerves~ 😳

Our Creative Producers are specially trained to ensure you feel comfortable in front of the camera, even if it's your first time.

Here's some quick tips to calm those nerves if you have to speak on camera:

✨ Use a teleprompter!
They're not as intimidating as they may seem, and once you get the hang of it it's much easier than having to memorise lines or worry about forgetting to hit a key talking point.

✨ Take it slow!
Ensure shoot schedules allow enough time to take your time, do multiple takes, and not put unnecessary pressure or stress on the talent or crew to get it right the first time.

✨ Protect the set!
The environment and energy on set is important to get right. Unnecessary 'watchers' or personnel in the room can infect the energy and put subjects off, especially if they've never been on camera before. Ensuring you're surrounded by the right energy will keep those nerves at bay.
