In this episode you’ll meet the daughter of an Aussie rock legend Jimmy Barnes, but having released her first album No Good last year, is now a music star in her own right. ⁠

However life hasn’t been all guitars and roses for her. Born more than three months premature with cerebral palsy, she’s faced lifelong chronic pain and many surgeries. But that hasn’t stopped her from achieving huge things in her life. ⁠
⁠
A passionate advocate for inclusivity she stars in the ABC documentary Headliners, mentoring musicians with disabilities to create bands that then perform at a music festival in front of thousands of people - a huge achievement for everyone involved. ⁠
⁠
Elly-May takes us travelling with her food memories with her family, shares with us the talented cooking skills of her parents, and her son's inherited love for good food.⁠
