Pooltraining for My ’12 Things in 12 months’-challenge, where I take 20 min a day to do exercisers set by a professional to learn a new thing every month. This month is Free-diving and I am so blown away by how much I’ve improved already! Bella from @immersiafreediving has been our incredible muse and created a training scheduale for me. 2 weeks ago I couldn’t lay on the couch and hold my breath for even a minute without feeling like I’m dying —> the other day I did a 2.42 min breathhold underwater with Bella!!! 🐬🙌🏻 I’m blown away by what our Bodies can do once we set our mind to it! The goal that Bella set me of 4 min (that I found impossible and downed to 3 min) suddenly feels possible! With dedication and work anything really is possible. Looking forward to get out in the ocean and test my newly learned techniques here in Bulli today! 🐬🐬🐬
