Devasted at the passing of Fatman Scoop. I just found out and listened to his radio show Full Throttle Radio. I remember 20 + years ago Lani Richmond told me she was touring with him in the States. Lani ran Mocha at The Hunter Bar. ?”very sad about Fatman Scoop. No 1 Hype Man.

I got weighed by my GP today and losing so much weight. In April 2024 I was 109kgs and now in August 2924 I’m 96.6kgs. I don’t eat much takeaway and exercising more. So happy. Highest weight in 2003 was 128kg lowest in 2001 65kgs
