Join me tomorrow as I test this new pen the Zebra Blen 4+S multi-pen and plan my weekly spread in my A6 lines journal.

I bought it yesterday so have only used it for a bit, so I’m excited to explore its multi-function.

I’ll also share how I setup a weekly spread on a blank lined notebook and the things I note and track in my weekly spread.

Don’t end up like this skeleton 💀 Burnout is real. Breaks are a must, not an option 😄

This is your sign to schedule a break BEFORE your bones give out!

My 17 y.o. bought himself this skeleton and thought it’d be funny to SKARE Mum by popping it on my desk. HAHAHA! Funny until Mum has a heart attack 😠

Busy day ahead, so need to be extra intentional with taking breaks so I don’t get fatigue.Micro breaks (1-2 minute break...

Busy day ahead, so need to be extra intentional with taking breaks so I don’t get fatigue.

Micro breaks (1-2 minute breaks) taken several times a day helps prevent burnout. This can include:

• 1 minute deep breathing
• writing ✍🏽 down what your grateful for
• getting up from your desk and stretching

In order to make best use of my time, I use the Pomodoro technique:

• work for 25 minutes
• then take 5 minutes break …

Do this 4 times then after take a longer break 15-30 minutes.

I use a Pomodoro timer from .desksetups

Ready for tomorrow.

I’ve been planning the new day the night before and it has helped a lot with my productivity as I know what I need to do going into the day, rather than planning at the beginning of a new day, as sometimes the beginning of the day can get hijacked with things that come up out of the blue and then you start to feel like catching up with the rest of the day.
