New work // Branding a people's alternative.
Lystr is here to shake up the property game. A brand for the homeowners who’ve had enough of paying for the privilege of being patronised, it’s built for the people who believe they can sell smarter, without the middlemen, the markup, or the mayhem. The objective was to build a brand that felt like it gets them. A brand that sides with the people tired of inflated egos and hidden fees.
The launch campaign was a mockumentary-style video series that introduced audiences to a lineup of overconfident, overstretched, and out-of-touch agents, each one an exaggerated reflection of the industry’s worst clichés. Shot in cinéma vérité style reminiscent of The Office and Utopia, each vignette plays out like a slow-motion car crash of ego and incompetence.
