I had the incredible experience of going to Bali for a mastermind, and let me tell you, it was next level. Sitting in a room with 80 people earning anywhere from $5,000 to $300,000 a month was mind-blowing. You pick up nuggets of wisdom from all sorts of industries, and the best part? You get to cross-pollinate ideas and insights that you can pass on to others.
There was one person I connected with in particular; a beautiful soul with an amazing offer. She runs workshops but was struggling to nail her messaging and, as a result, wasnât filling her events. We sat down together for a few hours, no payment involved, just a genuine desire to help her make an impact and get people through her doors.
What we discovered was that her language wasnât quite hitting the mark. She was using terms like âembodimentâ and âfeminine energy,â words that resonate if youâve done NLP or mindset work. But her audience was more like I was a couple of years ago; focused on vision, purpose, and goals, and they werenât connecting with the softer, more abstract language she was using.
We tweaked her messaging, putting it in words her ideal clients would understand and relate to, and guess what? Within 24 hours, she had five sign-ups; two clients and three event attendees. All from just a few small changes in language. Itâs amazing the difference it makes when you speak directly to your audience in their own words.
If youâve ever felt like your message isnât landing and you're not making sales, it might be time to take a closer look at your language. Comment below MESSAGE & I'll send you the link to book a call with me to map it out.
I grew up hustling
Being raised by a single mum, hustling was a survival skill we learned young. Watching Mum work so hard, I picked up a lot about having a hard work, and Iâm proud to carry those traits into my life & Archieâs. But along the way, I also picked up some unhelpful stories about money, rejection, scarcity, and the idea that Iâd need to hustle non-stop just to stay afloat.
When I separated from my husband and found myself with a 2yr old, some of those old stories reared their heads. The fear of losing everything, the worry the bank account would run dry, the urge to hustle harder than ever. They were familiar worries Iâd seen as a kid, & now they were following me into business.
But what Iâve learned; every new level of growth in business brings its own set of fears. They show up right when youâre on the brink of a breakthrough, like challenges testing your readiness for whatâs next.
Starting my business came with fears of being seen, judged, & possibly failing, with everyone watching. When I began making money; but not enough to comfortably pay myself yet; the hustle flared up again, along with worries about othersâ expectations.
Then came the stage where I could pay myself & hire a team. And suddenly, I faced a choice I hadnât thought about: if times got tight, who would I prioritise; my team or myself?
Finally, thereâs the level where the incomeâs good for everyone, but you canât shake the fear itâll disappear just as fast. Or that people might see you differently for having stability, maybe even call you âgreedy.â You start to spend before you save, scared itâll all vanish if you donât.
These fears have all been real for me. In my first nine months, I scaled to $105k, reaching $20k months. It meant I could support a small team, travel for business, and actually pay myself. But because I hadnât tackled those unhelpful stories, I found myself sabotaging things at each stage.
Now, Iâm doing the deep mindset
When I first transitioned from the police force into sales, I didnât immediately see the connection between the two. But looking back now, itâs clear why I excelled in sales: I wasnât afraid to have difficult conversations and ask the right questions. In fact, thatâs exactly what sales is; a conversation.
What I learned early on was that every successful sales process follows the same patterns, regardless of the product or service. It starts with building that know, like, and trust factor, making your potential client feel seen and understood. And finding out what they think they need, not what YOU think they need. And this is where many go wrong.
Thanks to my NLP training, I realised how important it is to speak in the language of the client. So often, we throw around jargon or words that make sense to us, but they donât resonate with the person weâre speaking to. Itâs about meeting them where they are, using their own words, and validating their needs before offering them the solution.
I like to think of it like this.. if someone comes to you wanting to lose weight, you donât start by lecturing them about mindset and lifestyle changes, even though you know those are crucial parts of the journey. You meet them at their starting point; focusing on the weight loss first; then guide them deeper as theyâre ready.
Sales is about listening more than talking. Itâs about asking questions that uncover the deeper desires, fears, and goals of your potential client. And most importantly, itâs about offering a solution that makes them feel like youâve been listening all along.

If your messaging isnât landing, itâs not because people arenât interested; itâs because theyâre not resonating with what youâre saying. And I see it all the time, especially in the mindset space. The biggest mistake? Using language that doesnât align with your audience.
Hereâs how to fix it and create messaging that not only attracts leads but converts them into sales
1ď¸âŁ Use words your ideal clients use Avoid jargon and phrases that only make sense to YOU. For example, if youâre in the mindset space and talking about embodiment or alignment, but your audience hasnât done the same work as you, youâll lose them. Speak in terms that they can connect with. What words do they use to describe their struggles or desires? Talk like they would, not like you
2ď¸âŁ Explain the same thing in different ways Yes, that means repeating yourself; but it works. Sometimes people need to hear the same message in a new way for it to finally click. You know how youâve been telling your partner something for months, and then one day, they hear it from a friend and suddenly think itâs the best idea ever? Same goes for your audience. Keep communicating your message until it hits home
3ď¸âŁ Solve a deep problem or bring a dream result Your messaging needs to solve a REAL problem for your audience or bring them the kind of result theyâre dying for. It canât be surface-level; it has to be epic. They need to feel like theyâd be crazy to miss out. Instead of saying join our 8-week program, you say, Join our 8-week program and make $20K before Christmas. Which one grabs your attention?
4ď¸âŁ Create FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) People want to feel like theyâre part of something big, something that can change their lives. Make your messaging exclusive and exciting. Make them feel like they canât miss the opportunity, or theyâll regret it

Iâll be honest, showing up in my business wasnât always easy. Especially when life was throwing me curveballs left, right, and centre. I was going through a separation, and as you can imagine, it was emotionally draining. I felt lost, exhausted, and not myself. And Iâve always been about authenticity; so how could I show up when I didnât feel like me?
I started falling into the trap of letting my emotions dictate my actions. Iâd show up when I felt like it and disappear when things got too hard. The inconsistency was hurting my business, but I couldnât find the energy to stay on top of everything. I was losing leads, my content wasnât going out regularly, and I knew something had to change if I wanted to see real growth.
The best thing I did for myself and my business? I hired my OBM, Sassja from @agentsync_ She became the backbone of my business when I couldnât carry the weight anymore. She helped me stay organised, kept me on track with my content and marketing plan, and took charge of scheduling posts so they actually got done. Every week, sheâd remind me of what I was working on, review my KPIs, analytics, and processes, and push us to elevate our strategy.
I cannot stress enough how much this has changed the game for me. Having someone like Sassja take the reins in areas where I had fallen short freed me up to focus on the things that really moved the needle; creating content, generating leads, and coaching my clients.
And the results? No joke, within a few weeks, I added an extra $5K in profit to my business.
It was having the right support to do the things I didnât have the capacity for, and that allowed me to put my energy into the areas that needed it most. Thanks Sassja for always being amazing đ
Anyone else want this support in their business?
What if I told you that you donât need to work harder or put in extra hours to hit your next big milestone? Itâs not about burning yourself out; itâs about getting smart with your sales process. And that starts with clarity and strategy
Hereâs how I did it, and how you can too ⤾ď¸
1ď¸âŁ Get crystal clear on your offers Take a good look at your current offer. Is it something people truly want or need? The truth is, your offer needs to be irresistible; so good that saying no would feel like a mistake. Add some incredible bonuses that make it a total no-brainer. Think about what would make someone feel like theyâre missing out if they donât sign up. Thatâs how you create desire and FOMO that sells itself
2ď¸âŁ Understand your data to work smarter, not harder Letâs break down the numbers. How many people do you actually need to hit your sales goals? Look at your current conversion rates and calculate how many leads youâll need over a specific time period. If you want to make an extra $5K, break it down into daily or weekly targets
3ď¸âŁ Sharpen your sales process to increase conversions One of the easiest ways to double your sales? Boost your conversion rate. If youâre currently closing 50% of your leads, imagine how much more you could make if you bumped that up to 80%. Thatâs the difference between just scraping by and making real profit. Get clear on your sales process; know exactly what questions to ask, how to handle objections, and confidently guide your potential clients to a yes. Imagine making an extra $5K just by tweaking your sales process and increasing your conversion rate from 50% to 80%... without working a single extra hour

It might be hard to hear, but hitting $20K+ months doesnât happen by accident. Itâs the result of following a clear and proven process that turns leads into sales, month after month.
Hereâs the exact process I teach my clients
1ď¸âŁ Build a warm, engaged audience by adding value. Youâre judged by your FREE STUFF, not just your paid offers. So, give value through free masterclasses and downloadable resources that are just as good as your paid ones. The key is to warm up your audience before selling. If they trust you and see your value, theyâll be ready when you make your offer
2ď¸âŁ Take clients from cold to warm with a clear process. Bridge the gap from where your leads are now to where they need to be to say yes. Share content that educates, inspires, and solves their pain points. Move them from being just curious to ready to buy
3ď¸âŁ Follow a simple, structured sales process. When itâs time to sell, ask the right questions that uncover your clientâs deep desires and pain points. Lead them through a journey that speaks to them on a personal level, tapping into what they truly want
4ď¸âŁ Present your offer in their language. Donât use jargon. When you present your offer, make sure itâs in the language your ideal clients would use. Speak directly to their desires so they feel like your solution was made just for them
5ď¸âŁ Overcome objections without discounting. When objections come up, donât rush to lower your price. Use a structured objection-handling script that addresses the real issue, whether it's trust, timing, or confidence. Hold your offerâs value
6ď¸âŁ Always ask for the sale. Many coaches drop the ball here. Once youâve guided them through the process, donât forget to close. Explain what happens next, get them excited, and secure the booking and payment on the call

I think we forget sometimes how much of what we see on social media is scripted. The perfectly polished posts, the flawless videos; itâs easy to assume everyoneâs just effortlessly nailing it every time.
But no one talks about the behind-the-scenes, the bloopers, the cuts that didnât make it. Just like in a movie or TV show, where actors redo the same line over and over, social media often shows you the final cut, not the journey it took to get there.
And trust me, the journey is messy.
When I first started showing up on social media, I thought everything had to be perfect. Iâd find myself doing take after take, trying to hit the right tone, the right words, the perfect message. But the more I polished, the less real it felt. I was losing what mattered most; the authenticity that actually connects with people.
The truth is, weâre not actors. Weâre not here to put on a performance. Weâre here to share our message, to make an impact, and sometimes that means letting people see the messy parts. The moments when you stumble over your words, or when your kid walks into the room mid-video.
What Iâve learned is that itâs those imperfect moments that make the biggest impact. When you let people see the real you, when you stop worrying about how many times you need to hit ârecordâ before itâs âright,â thatâs when the magic happens.
Because at the end of the day, people donât connect with perfection. They connect with you; the real, imperfect, human you.
So, if youâve been holding back on posting because itâs not âperfectâ yet, this is your permission to just go for it. Itâs not about getting it right; itâs about showing up. The authenticity of your message will always matter more than how polished it looks.
I'm thinking I might post some regular bloopers; what do you think?
There was a time in my business when I knew the strategies, had the tools, and was doing all the right things... but something was holding me back. I wasnât hitting the goals I set for myself, and every time I tried to push forward, Iâd hit a wall.
I realised it wasnât my sales process that needed tweaking; it was my mindset.
The stories Iâd been telling myself, the limiting beliefs Iâd carried from my past; they were holding me back from showing up fully and making the impact I knew I could.
Here are 4 mindset shifts that helped me break through and hit my first 20K month
1ď¸âŁ Money mindset
I realised I had old beliefs about money. Stories from childhood that were not helpful for my growth. The first thing I did was work on my money mindset. I cleared out those old stories and made space for new beliefs.
2ď¸âŁ Fear of rejection
I used to be terrified of rejection. I had to work through my fear of rejection so that I could confidently put myself out there. If you donât ask for the sale, youâll never get it. Clearing this belief was key to showing up fully and asking for what I knew I was worth.
3ď¸âŁ Being judged
Showing up online and marketing yourself can be scary, especially when youâre worried about what people might think or say. For the longest time, I held back from truly marketing myself because I was afraid of being judged. But I realised people will always have opinions. I had to let go of that fear and show up anyway.
4ď¸âŁ Not good enough
The fear of not being good enough is something so many of us struggle with, and it can completely stop us from putting ourselves out there. I used to question whether I was truly capable of delivering the results I promised. But when I worked through this belief, I realised I was good enough; and my clients were getting real results.
Each of these mindset shifts made a massive impact on how I showed up in my business. Once I worked through these beliefs, I hit my first $20K month.
If you
You might have the best offer in the world. A service or product thatâs so perfect, so transformational, that it could change someoneâs life. Youâve worked hard on it, poured your heart into it. But thereâs just one problem...
No one knows it exists.
Itâs kind of like throwing the most epic party of the year. Youâve got the best food, the perfect decorations, everything is set up to be an incredible experience. But if you donât send out invitations, no one is going to show up. They donât even know youâre hosting it.
This is exactly what happens in business. You could have the most beautiful offer, but if people donât know itâs there or how it solves their problem, theyâre not going to want it.
Your offer could be the thing that helps them finally lose weight, or scale their business, or feel more confident; but if they donât even know youâre hosting the party (aka selling the solution), theyâll never show up.
Itâs not enough to have a great product or service. You need to let people know it exists. You need to show them how it solves their problem and why it matters to them.
Your offer could be perfect, but if youâre not telling the world about itâif youâre not getting people excited about the transformation you provideâthen itâs like keeping that epic party a secret.
If you are struggling to articulate your offer & get it out there to buy; comment below OFFER & I'll send you the link to book in a $50 coaching call to get it sorted!
I used to believe the hustle was necessary; the long hours, the constant grind, the late nights spent juggling 10 different things at once. It was the only way to grow a successful business, right? Work hard, hustle harder.
But hereâs the thing .... Hustle culture was actually killing my sales.
I was burning out, overworking myself, and yet, no matter how many hours I put in, I wasnât seeing the growth I wanted.
Why?
Because hustle culture doesnât leave room for real strategy, deep connection, or alignment in your business. Itâs all about doing; but it doesnât focus on doing the right things.
Hereâs how the hustle was hurting my sales
1ď¸âŁ Burnout kills creativity
When youâre constantly grinding, your creativity tanks. I was so busy doing that I didnât leave any space for innovation, for thinking outside the box. I wasnât creating content that connected deeply with my audience; I was just trying to keep up with the never-ending to-do list.
2ď¸âŁ Busy doesnât equal productive
I was so busy working that I wasnât actually moving the needle. Hustle culture teaches you that if youâre not always on, youâre not doing enough. But I realised that being busy doesnât mean youâre being productive. I needed to work smarter, not harder. Once I started focusing on high-impact tasks; like nurturing leads and deepening client relationships; I finally saw real results.
3ď¸âŁ Hustle pushes you to sell instead of serve
The hustle mindset makes you feel like youâre constantly chasing the next sale. I was selling, selling, selling, without taking the time to truly serve my audience first. But when youâre so focused on pushing out offers, you miss the opportunity to build trust. Connection creates conversion.
4ď¸âŁ You canât pour from an empty cup
I was exhausted. I thought that if I just hustled harder, the results would come. But burnout isnât a badge of honour!.
I realised that to show up as my best self, I needed to rest, rec
