Ok.. raw and real!!
Have you ever looked at yourself and had that moment of… I’m so sick of looking at this…??
Well I have.. I brought bigger comfy clothes, kept living and doing and enjoying life but fact is.. raw and out there.. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror… I loved myself, but not what I could see.
Yeh I also hit 50 and life really is too short to not ‘live it’! , and I ignored my own needs for far too long… so with renewed commitment to myself, to loving what I see, and wonderful support from Hypnotherapy & Wellness Hub and The Pilates Jeanie and zen blissful, I am on my way to my physical upgrade!
It feels soooo good! 😊 even enjoying the detoxing!
The key to success.. surround yourself with people who support you and maybe believe in you more then you do yourself especially on those tough days xx
