session 12: The party investigates the serpent beast’s lair, run afoul of some nasty little shapeshifters pretending to be eggs & loot a tomb. A grimoire is too tempting to both mages, but the language is sooooo tricky! Bastonn the wolfkin hunter persuades a giant troll to go away, so the village now thinks he’s a Jedi 😂

Taliah the animist arrives & helps the party fight & eventually kill the creature in a fearsome battle in its nesting chamber (Volcarian does the honors, launching a fireball down the serpent’s throat). Meanwhile, the party is trapped below ground…
