We have been busy behind the scenes onboarding new clients into our social media management roster!

So, what does our onboarding process look like?
๐Ÿฉท Firstly we will have a 30minute chat to ensure we are a good fit for one another and that we can help your hair salon with the challenges you're facing
๐ŸฉทIf we align, we will send over an outline of the next steps and request information and assets from you (client questionnaire, sharing of images and videos you have etc.)
๐Ÿฉท We then spend time understanding your salon business and crafting a unique social media marketing strategy (plan) that reflects you and is designed to support your business goals
๐ŸฉทOnce we agree on the direction we start working on your first content plan which is reviewed by you, and then your content is scheduled for posting

Our onboarding period can take anywhere from 2 -4 weeks before any actual posting begins.

But seriously, here are some of our tips for getting your team on the social media bandwagon ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ’— Make it fun. Get the team involved in the process and make it a fun team-building exercise!

๐Ÿ’— Start small. Don't jump straight into talking to camera-style content. Instead, start by filming your team working on clients in the salon (without talking) to warm them up to the idea and get them used to being filmed.

๐Ÿ’— Make social media marketing a regular discussion point on your salon team meeting agenda. Social media is a part of your salon's marketing and your team should see it that way.

๐Ÿ’— Give your team direction. Instead of asking your team to 'create social media content' give them specific direction on what you want them to film, tips on how to do it, and share visual examples so they have a benchmark to work towards.
