Here are just some of the reasons we're hooked on their every move:

✨ They walk the walk when it comes to their ethos of sustainability. In the past, they've challenged the consumerism associated with Christmas using a marketing campaign that discouraged people from buying their own products unless necessary.

✨ Almost 70% of their clothes are made from recycled materials.

✨ They're tackling gender equality with over 50% of their workforce being made up by women. Many of these women also hold c-suite positions in the company.

Happy Mother's Day to all of the wonderful mummas, mummas-to-be and mother figures out there ✨

We hope that you find time today to do something that makes you smile and to spend time with people you love ❤️

But more that that, we hope you take a minute to remind yourself that you don't ever need to be just one thing and you also don't need to be all things to all people at all times.

Life as a mum is chaotic, hilarious, messy, overwhelming and seriously rewarding (just to name a few). Don't be hard on yourself and celebrate the wins (no matter how big or small) everyday; not just today 🤍

Stepping into the new year…not quite as intended. Usually this time of year is about setting intentions and starting new rituals to set up for a great year. With full moon in Cancer (today)and hubby (possibly more of us) testing positive to Covid putting my first-day-at-work plans on hold. Rather than getting frustrated that I’d have another week of parenting two (which I felt for a minute) I’ve accepted this as gift from the universe. A little more time for my two babes to bond and grow together and toilet train 🚽 - yep, it’s set to be a fun week of indoor chaos.

With so many of us suffering from disrupted work and family plans it’s hard not to feel frustrated. But if I’ve learnt anything this last two years, it’s now more than ever we need to roll with the punches and make lemonade when life throws you a 🍋. Are you feeling me?

Now back to my full moon musings… Full moon in cancer is connected to the Devine Mother archetype. What that means is it’s a time to connect to the nurturer within us. Ask yourself how can I nurture myself more? If you’re back at work maybe that’s setting up new routines to nurture yourself during your working week and if you’re still on holidays then what else can you do receive some nurturing to set you up for a good start to the year once you leap in.

I started (then didn’t start) my first week back with self care Saturday- a massage and time in the sun reading a book. It was divine and I’m truly grateful I did that knowing I’m stuck in my house until Sunday. Drop me your top iso tips pleeeeeeease 👇. Back to it next week.
