Winter Team Reset ❄️🌲🏞️

The whole team has been hustlin’ hard this year, with some incredible campaigns, clients, podcasts, TVCs and project work. With all that hustle comes a real need to reflect and reset and what better place to do that than out in the elements!

Earlier this week, the team spent a few incredible days at .domes in Toms Creek. There was lots of brainstorming, ideating, planning for the future, great food, fun games, campfire sing-alongs and relaxation in nature.

Working in a small team means that everyone wears many hats, and this last year has seen everyone go above and beyond what’s expected from their role. The professional development has been inspiring to watch.

Thanks to our Creative Director for allowing us to put a pause on our to-do lists to truly allow a mental reset, to our Senior Account Manager for organising an amazing few days for the team, and to our hosts .domes Cardia & Ebony for making the retreat so special and organising a very unique experience for us all.
