You’ve been thinking about it for a while… Haven’t you? 🤔

From experience I can tell you that I didn’t feel that there was a perfect time to start something new.

After all we sit in our comfort zone where it warm and cosy but expect greater achievements to just happen.

Nothing grows or is achieved in your comfort zone.

Learning new skills and a different way of working was very difficult for me as I was in the same industries for over 20 years.

I knew I couldn’t keep up that way of working to pay the bills for the rest of my days and not be there for my children when they needed me.

Subconsciously I knew for years, and it wasn’t until I finally reached out and asked for help, for a different way to earn and live my life.

I didn’t have to quit my current job, so starting something as a part time gig was low risk to me and one of the best things is that I am in control of my outcome.

I saw the value in utilising my time better and building my brand with longevity.

AN OVERWORKED TRADIE OF OVER 20 YEARS NEEDING A SOLUTION 👇

TO GET OFF THE TOOLS SOONER AND STILL THRIVE!

The long hours on site, extra shifts, my body not as young as it used to be and that sustainability in question, while missing out on precious milestones with my kids due to work commitments was mounting up.

Something had to change!

Time and location flexibility, no boss to answer to and building my own future incorporating my loved ones was just the ticket.

I had no idea what a high ticket business was, let alone knowing the earning potential that it came with.

I’m kicking myself now that I didn’t STOP 🛑, THINK 🤔, LOOK 👀 and ACT 🏃‍♂️sooner to put myself and my family into a better position.

As they say, it’s never too late to get started, and this one finger typing tradie is proof, you don’t need to be a computer whiz to be successful.

The extremely supportive community helps you through the tricky times like no other business model does.

Getting started yesterday would be my advice, but I guess you’ll have to settle with today!

LIVE TO WORK OR WORK TO LIVE? 🤔

It’s YOUR choice!!!

Up early before the kids get up, grab my lunch, out the door and get to site.

Work hard all day and miss my kids.

Get home exhausted and paper work to do.

Kids just about in bed and a quick tuck in bed and kiss goodnight.

Shower, dinner, organise the next day then bed myself.

All to do it again the next day, and the next, and the next.

Do you find yourself in this position with no end date?

This was my life for a long time!

But what quality of life is that?!?

Who is it for?

To gain what?

With every decision we make, we say yes to something and no to something else.

Yes to work for money etc

No to time with family, kids, friends and your own well-being.

We all have to work to make an income but what most people don’t realise is that there are different ways to earn a living - and it’s not work longer hours.

I STARTED AN ONLINE BUSINESS BECAUSE I HAD NO TIME!!!👇 👇 👇

Despite putting in long hours and dedicating my energy to my work, I found myself feeling unfulfilled and yearning for something more meaningful.

As a parent, this feeling was compounded by the realization that I was sacrificing precious time with my children for the sake of someone else's gain.

With the cost of living on the rise, I knew I needed to explore alternative options to give myself and my family a better quality of life.

My go-to solution was to work longer hours, believing that more hours meant more money. 🤑

However, I soon discovered that this pursuit of financial security came at a significant cost!

I found myself missing out on creating unforgettable memories with my kids, unable to be fully present for their milestones and special moments.

It became increasingly clear that I couldn't sustain this lifestyle indefinitely without sacrificing the very essence of what makes life worth living.

As a parent, the guilt of not being present enough for my children weighed heavily on me.

I worried about the long-term impact of not being there for important moments in their lives.

At the same time, I felt the pressure to provide for their future while balancing my desire to spend more quality time with them.

Despite these challenges, I remained determined to shape my own future while still working full-time, with the hope of eventually stepping away from the daily grind.

I realized I needed to make a change, but I felt overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin.

It was during this search for a better way that I stumbled upon a solution with unlimited potential.

Let me share with you what I've found.

It's not just about finding a way to earn more money or work fewer hours – it's about reclaiming control over your life, prioritizing what truly matters, and creating a future where you can be both financially secure and present for your family.

New Year - More goals 🙌

On the 1st of January this year I met up with a couple that showed me how lucrative online businesses can be.

Our reasons for starting our online business are very similar - we didn’t struggle for money - we wanted our time back!

Getting paid per hour didn’t suit what we wanted out of life.

Like ATTRACTS like 🙌

We caught up and chatted about everything we’ve been getting up to, celebrations, our kids played in the park, shared some laughs and of course spoke a little bit about our online businesses.

Business don’t need to be about competition - rather collaboration!

Most businesses don’t come with a coaching mentor, you’re left to figure it out for yourself 😳

Brendan and Rae aren’t only my coaches in mentors in my online business but also friends that catch up with just as regular mates catch up 🙌

It will be nearly 3 years soon since I have known this couple and they have been with me every step of my journey throughout my online business.

THERE HAS TO BE ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE $$$

I didn’t want to be that busted tradie that held on too long, staying in the trade way past my expiratory date to provide for my family ✌️

Being a tradie of over 20 years is very hard to break the mould of something that you have done for so long.

I needed a reason why!

AlI had to do was look at my young children and see the amount of energy that they have every single day 🤜🤛

Approaching the middle years in my life, I am sure as hell wasn’t getting any younger or having more energy 🤨

Staying in the trade for to long would mean:

- Not being able to kick a footy
- Throw a ball
- Go bike riding
- Surfing
- or any other activity with my kids when they are super excited for me to play with them, really frightened me.

Resonate?

I had to look elsewhere to earn an income and build a sustainable business.

A business where :

- The earning potential was uncapped
- I could be myself and not somebody else
- The option to put the tools down slot sooner
- I had the freedom to work from anywhere
- Get out of the work to live rut
- Still being able to connect with people, and
- Get back the time that I’ve been missing out on my kids with
- And actually live my life ✌️

For those of you that don’t know who I am 👇

👉 Shane Treloar (ShaneO) to my mates 🤙

👉 Own 2 business, Online business and pools.

👉 Been a tradie for over 20 years in many industries - mechanic, trains, high-rise construction, mining, oil and gas.

👉 Single father of 3 young children, 7,6,6 Yes twins 👧👦👦

👉 Family man

👉 Born in Brisbane but have lived in Sydney for about 13 years.

👉 Love being active, going on adventures, meeting new people, social, spending time with my kids and also like time to myself.

👉 I love surfing but want to spend more time catching waves 🏄‍♂️

👉 Recently I’ve taken up mountain bikes, love riding fast and doing jumps 🚵‍♀️

👉 Lived in London for 2 years and traveled around the world ✈️

👉 Tried speaking different languages 🤦‍♂️ (gibberish I excelled at).

👉 Was sick of living to work!

👉 I like my job but I knew I could keep doing physical work until I retire.

👉 I want to spend more time with my kids so I have started an online business showing busy parents and tradies how to get back to doing what they love.

👉 I’ve love finding other way to earn rather than a 9-5. Options baby 💪

WORKING YOUR LIFE AWAY? 🤦‍♂️

Do you find yourself focusing heavily on working to provide for your family?

It is so easy to get bogged down doing all the things to provide.

Providing is a must for sure 👌 but it’s how you provide, the other options to provide, that’s what most people don’t know about.

There are other ways that your traditional 9-5 or tradies 7-3. ✌️

Cost of living rising, interest rates, utilities, bloody everything 🤦‍♂️

There are only so many hours you can work in 1 day.

I wanted more flexibility than being at a location to earn, I wanted a business vehicle I could take control of myself and build a future on my terms.

Stressing and working longer hours could be a thing of the past for you 🤙
