Was great meeting the team at to talk all things . Sharing some of the simple ways we can all help and support each other when we’re struggling through the rough patches.
Bringing understanding, and some level of confidence to spot the signs and start conversations to our , , work and those around us might not lighten the load, but a bit of extra care when it’s needed can lighten the day.. and that can help shake up how we see and feel about the challenges in our hands.
It’s so easy not to realise or feel the impact or meaning you’re having on the people around you, and surprising me by showing it and making these for their socials caught me off guard. The awesome the team gave me was feeling valued and like i meant something to you them.. things I don’t remember feeling for a long time… maybe it really is the year of switching gears.. fkn finally 💛😍.
