Helping Teens with Confidence
A couple of months ago, I assisted my gorgeous friend and her daughter with some mentoring. Lily is only 14yrs old and had been struggling with her confidence in her Martial arts tournaments.
After just one session with me Lily had a shift in her energy and remembered her strength but not only that her love and enjoyment for the sport. As the post states she won her very next match and I cried with Joy realising I can help more than just Adults!
I went on to have another session with Lily prior to her championship match and received a message saying she'd gone on to win the Australian Championship! I am so proud of her and that she trusts the process i helped her with.
