I can imagine, not only have I enjoyed many of these scrumptious dishes but I’ve even had the pleasure of sharing meals with the gorgeous Shannon herself…I’ve had her laksa as a regular staple in my freezer ever since I tasted it. While I created a core menu that can be frozen to ensure you have healthy options always on hand, and offer salads and snacks for the markets, I do believe in eating food that is as fresh as possible. Every dish I offer has been carefully thought out to minimise the use of the microwave with the hope that you heat in the oven of cooktop.
Many of you may not know that I'm now cooking twice a week, offering complete meals that you can finish off at home. My intention is to do all the hard work leaving you with a few final tasks to finish off to give you a meal that is as close to fresh as possible.
Who loves a stir fry? Imagine having all the vegetables cut up for you and a jar of stir-fry sauce made with fresh, whole ingredients without any sneaky nasties in it. All you have to do is toss it all in the pan for a few minutes and sit down to a fresh crunchy stir fry.
How about vegetables stuffed full of goodness, ready to put in the oven to finish off before serving.
A salad with the dressing on the side so you can dress just what you need, when you need it....

While my serves are for 1 or 2, I am a feeder at heart and my customers generally find they get more than one meal out of each serve.
