Begin by finding a comfortable seat
inviting you to close down your eyes
allowing softness to be felt on your face
kindness to be found in your heart
and compassion to be present in your mind
can you choose to let go
acknowledging you and the being that you reside in
inhale deeply, exhale softly

can you draw inwards a little more here
forgetting about the confusion, the suffering, times of feeling lost
bringing focus to the moments of happiness, beyond your hearts capacity

you are all that you need and you are more than enough
creating space as you draw in courage, strength and openness
may we meet all the challenges life throws at us with greater composure

so let rest find you here
from the thoughts, emotions, your own addictions
and begin to find the beauty in the days

Hello and Hi, Thank you all for coming on this journey with me.

My mission, my words as I share from my heart as a teacher. I want to inspire a deep connection to yourself, self to others and self to all that is.

I believe yoga allows us to create space for self~inquiry and to help you become proactive in your own healing journey.

Each time you step onto your mat I want you to remember. It’s all about the feeling. Whether it’s messy, energetic, overwhelming, emotional or quite nourishing, close your eyes and tap into the sensations. Slowing down, breathing and listening to the love and forgiveness that rest in your heart.

I hope I can guide you too the light in times of darkness, the same light my teachers lead and still continually guide me too see.

Just allowing yourself to be how you are today ~ Just allow it to be how it is, don’t try to change anything rather to be just as you are. Tired or excited, sad or joyful, just simply be as you are, right here and now.

It is through the allowance you will find a sense of release. An internal release.

New class addition ~ Golden morning soma flow and meditation.

Each Saturday I will be offering a 1hr soma flow and meditation at the beach.

This class is an opportunity to rise with the solar energy waking with the sun as it holds our active energy. We will start with meditation (15mins) then begin to move our body soft and gently for (45mins)

All levels welcomed.
