The Gold Coast's Original 90.9 Sea FM A tribute page to Australia's first Sea FM - the sorely missed Gold Coast's Original 90.9 Sea FM. It later became the flagship of what was to become the R.G.

90.9 Sea FM was the first of many Sea FM branded radio stations that were to follow. Capital Radio Network, headed by former media mogul, the late Reg Grundy. By 2000, R.G. Capital had grown to a network of 32 stations (12 branded as Sea FM) throughout regional Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania. In 2004, the radio assets of R.G. Capital were sold to Macquarie Regional Radioworks and the network then disbanded.
