4 WAYS TO ATTRACT NEW CUSTOMERS 💫
4 simple and valuable points to refer back to when creating content.
1️⃣ Focus on your tribe.
Think about who your audience is and what they want to see then tailor your content to suit. This starts with doing some serious research on who your ideal customer is, what their purchasing habits are and especially mastering the tone of voice to deliver the right message to your people. However, if you are just starting out and are unsure no stress! - sometimes the wrong customer will guide you to the right one. JUST DONT GIVE UP!
2️⃣ Provide value, connection or promotional content.
VALUE - this is an opportunity where you can either inspire, entertain or educate, your audience so that they keep comin' back YEAH BABY! Eg. education, tips + tricks, motivational/inspirational quotes.
CONNECTION - nothing beats connection, it's important to let the audience connect with you! Let them inside your world, show some ''Behind-The-Scenes (BTS), share your story or showcase your team if you have one.
PROMOTION - this is where you promote your products/services and showcase your credentials. WHAT YOU OFFER!
3️⃣ Create a consistent posting schedule.
Make sure you stick to a consistent schedule because the more you show up, the more you will increase engagement, followers and eventually create leads! There's nothing worse than posting and ghosting!
4️⃣ Post popping images.
Amazing images will spark interest and engage viewers. If you haven't got a pro camera, don't sweat it, with today's mobile phones and one of the many photo editing apps at our disposal you will be a pro in no time - just adjust the lighting to brighten the exposure to keep it crispy clear. Some faves include Lightroom, and VSCO cam. If you don't have much of your own insta-worthy images, be sure to credit the person's image you decide to use! This is just plain social etiquette, the creator will feel chuffed and you never know you might just find yourself a new follower or even better a new member of your tribe
