The darkness follows me like a shadow.
Is it the viruses awaiting inside of me ?
As my physical or mental state may wane.
The coughing at night remains.
A full nights sleep missing again.
The brain fade - forgetful recall
Repetitive emotions of insecure Health
Reactive to comments of self.
Be alight stay kind, be nice
Have patience, pray.
Await for clarity.

Hello
How are you?
Its the little screen - its primarily function was a phone - it evolved, became addictive.
She checks it as soon as she awakens, checks what her friends ,family have been posting. Scrolls through random posts.
Listens to music as she works around the house,
Talks to her family and friends overseas.
It hardly leaves her side- an essential tool to have.
Scrolls through posts- cats, cats ,itube, bloggers.
It has taken over her time- won the competition for attention.
I don't bother now - just best to leave her in the digital world
It keeps her calm and then she's back again
Looking at that device.

Big Yella

Its the most common subject in the world
its on during the news - it comes form the North, west, east and south.
The presenters gleam with its change ,something predicted to say.
It will affect your day.
Wind, rain the change in temperature.
A warning that nature may cause damage.
But not to worry the sun will be back.
A nice calm, hot day
Like a smiley face again

Missing in the present but was here in the past.
Memories of the warmth, the closeness.
Back to loneliness
Self sufficiency
Ones alone, once again.
This time for a short time.
The wife will return when
She's finished her holiday.

It's something the mind does for understanding - soothes the soul
Coming to terms of with the environment, the people ,the laws, culture.
Expectations, misinterpretations, communication.
A contractual agreement.
the personal life balance
The mind finds the happiness the acceptance ,understanding.
To do what is expected behave as society wills.
The Scribblings are created to assist with mindfulness.
Awakening in worry ,stress ,anxiety.
The mind finds happiness.

I doesn't really matter.
Do you really care?
Does it need to be done?
Is it essential now?
Just let it be,
It isn't a need,
Might as well do something else
Have a drink - a cup of tea
Coffee ,check the fridge
Might be time to feed.

The circular World

It goes round a concern of mind
Staying awake for a resolution
Different ways to a conclusion
What ,why, how, where?
Back to the beginning
around it goes, in our minds
Sleep just can't.
Its a concern ,is this a worry?
The clock moves around its dial
Its a natural affect ,we all go through it.
Did it matter in a months time?
Did it matter at all?
Just something we do with little control
just don't worry but one must for mind clarity
Around it goes, disappearing once asleep.
